All-inclusive rates
Everything is included in our rates. When you make your booking with Autos Nifers you will be informed of the total price to be paid. No extra expenses nor surprises will be found. Our offer includes:
- Taxes: VAT
- Unlimited mileage
- Fully comprehensive insurance coverage with no deductible
- Second driver at no extra cost
- Child seats, boosters and MaxiCosi with car seat belt restrainment system have no additional cost.
- Free Airport Service.
- Free Airport pick up service applies for rentals of five or more days. For rentals less than five days an extra fee of 18 euros would be required. On your arrival to the airport we will be waiting for you at the “Meeting Point Parking”, which is located on the 4th floor of the parking, in the area near the lifts designed for this use.
Categories and models
It is possible to book a vehicle category in advance, but not a certain model. We will do our best to deliver the vehicle requested in your booking. In case that the requested vehicle is not available, one of a similar or higher category will be delivered.
Fuel
The vehicles are delivered with an empty tank (only with the minimum amount of petrol needed to be able to refuel). Autos Nifers does not make any profit from unused petrol. For this reason no refund will apply in the case that an excess of petrol remains once the rental period has terminated.
Opening Hours
The opening hours for picking up vehicles is from 7 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. It is not possible to pick up a vehicle outside these times other than in exceptional cases.
Vehicle Pick up and Return
The vehicles can be picked up and returned at the airport or in our offices. You may ask for more information about picking up and returning vehicles in Palma and its surroundings.
Insurance
- All our vehicles provide full comprehensive insurance coverage with no deductible. The insurance does not cover the following aspects:
- Damages caused to third partys by negligence or reckless driving
- Damages caused to the vehicle for negligence
- Putting the wrong fuel in the car
- Theft of the vehicle with the keys having been left in the keyhole.
- To drive under the effect of the alcohol or other narcotic substances.
- Traffic fines.
- Traffic and parking fines are not covered by the insurance policy and will run at the expense of the renter of the vehicle.
The required minimum age of the driver is 21 years and 2 years of driving licence.
